Are you interested in becoming a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in 2021?
Here is all the information you need to know!

There are two paths to becoming an RDA, and each option is very different.
First, you must decide whether you would like to enroll into school full time, or attend a weekend program part time where you can keep your current job. Full time tuition ranges from $15,000 – $20,000+ and program durations can last as long as 1- 2 years, while part time programs start as low as $2,500 and can end in as little 5 weekends.
Why are the program lengths & costs so different?
We’re glad you asked!
In order to become an RDA (Registered Dental Assistant), you must have 15 months of experience. Through the full time option, you would enroll in a traditional school achieving your experience through 15 months of education. Through the part time pathway, you would only have to attend a 5 weekend program, and then would qualify to begin working in a paid position! This way you would gain the necessary 15 months of experience, but instead of paying to attend a full time school, you would get paid to go to work!
The part time path is much shorter, because education is based on “hands-on” learning.
At ADMI, we offer a part time program that grants students the flexibility to keep their job and start their career. In only 5 weekends, you would learn EVERYTHING you need to know to get started working as a Dental Assistant. No prior dental experience necessary!
