American Dental & Medical Institute (ADMI)
Established in 2006 – Pasadena, California
American Dental & Medical Institute is home to Los Angeles’ shortest and fastest Dental Assisting Certificate Program! In as little as 4 weekends, anyone — even without a high school diploma or prior dental experience — can earn all the certifications needed to begin working as a Dental Assistant.
We provide:

Forensic Dentistry training opportunities
Our award-winning 4-Weekend Dental Assisting Program gives students hands-on experience, professional certifications, and the confidence to launch a successful career in dentistry.
In addition, ADMI is a California Dental Board–approved provider of continuing education units (CEUs), offering both online and in-person training for Dental Assistants, Registered Dental Assistants (RDAs), and healthcare professionals who need to renew or expand their licenses.
From lifesaving CPR classes to comprehensive dental training, ADMI has been dedicated to preparing the next generation of dental professionals for nearly two decades.

The American Dental & Medical Institute is led by a team of experienced dentists, instructors, and student-support professionals who share one mission: making high-quality dental education accessible, practical, and empowering. From classroom instruction to hands-on clinical training, our team is committed to guiding every student with expertise, integrity, and genuine care.
Orchid Daoudian,
RDA
CMO & Instructor
Orchid oversees daily operations, student services, and continuing education programs. She leads CPR and AED certification training and supports curriculum development, events, and digital outreach. Passionate about dentistry and student success, she brings strong leadership, empathy, and exceptional organizational skills to our team.
Pansy Martin,
RDA
Dental Assisting Lead Instructor
An industry leader with over three decades of clinical and administrative experience, Pansy is an RDA expert in chairside assisting, billing, and office management. She has trained hundreds of dental assistants with patience, motivation, and a humble, uplifting personality that inspires every classroom she leads.
Lily Daoudian, RDA
Dental Assisting Instructor & Administrative Support
Lily combines clinical knowledge with strong organization and communication skills. As an RDA instructor and program support specialist, she assists with hands-on labs, student organization, and classroom management. Her positive attitude and leadership help students build confidence and clinical efficiency.
Mehran Daoudian CDT, DDS.
Founder & CEO
U.S. Army Reserve Dental Corps veteran, Certified Dental Technician, and practicing forensic dentist with over 25 years of experience in education, leadership, and advanced restorative dentistry. Dr. Daoudian has trained thousands of dental assistants, RDAs, and foreign-trained dentists, and continues to mentor students in legal compliance, dental safety, and growth.
Jenisha Patel, RDA (Dr. Jenny)
Dental Assisting Instructor
With more than 20 years of experience in clinical dentistry and dental office management, Dr. Jenny is an expert instructor in chairside assisting and clinical performance. An ADMI graduate, she trains students to excel as RDAs and prepares foreign-trained dentists for advanced education and future DDS pathways.
Elen Eduardi, RDAEF
Dental Assisting Instructor
Dr. Elen Eduardi completed advanced training at Loma Linda University, and she became a Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions (RDAEF). Today, she serves as an instructor at ADMI, where she shares her extensive clinical knowledge and experience to inspire and prepare the next generation of dental professionals.
Christine Berberian,
RDA
Manager
Christine manages admissions, student relations, staff coordination, and HR compliance at ADMI. Known for professionalism, kindness, and a supportive approach with students, she ensures smooth program operations and motivates students with genuine mentorship on their path toward becoming RDAs and beyond.
Spartak Gevorgyan, RDA
Dental Assisting Instructor
Dr. Spartak is a dentist trained in Armenia who brings valuable clinical experience and a passion for education to ADMI. As an instructor, he is dedicated to helping students develop the knowledge, confidence, and hands-on skills needed to succeed in the dental field. His practical approach and commitment to student success make him a respected mentor and educator.
